Beloved mother and grandmother, longtime Jersey City resident
Anna Kostyk (nee Ciuk), 86, of West Caldwell, N.J., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2019.
Visitation will be at Paul Ippolito-Dancy Memorial, 9 Smull Ave., Caldwell, N.J., on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019 from 3 to 6 p.m. The service will be at the funeral home on Monday, Aug. 19, 2019 at 11 a.m., followed by the interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J.

Born in Ukraine, Anna came to the United States in 1962 and lived in Jersey City, N.J., for many years before moving to West Caldwell.
Anna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Peter, and cherished daughter, Hala.
She is survived by her loving children, Olga and her husband, John; Stephanie, Maria, and Michael, and his life-partner, Carol, who was always by Anna's side as her loving caregiver. Anna is also survived by her cherished grandson, Thomas.
